CANCELLATION POLICY

Once chips have been awarded, we do not provide the option for CANCELLATION. If, for any reason, your chips have not been awarded, please get in touch with our customer support team, and your chips will be promptly credited to your account. If, however, we encounter difficulties in granting you chips, you have the option to request a payment cancellation by reaching out to our customer support team. We will process your refund within 7 working days from our end.

REFUND POLICY

Once chips have been awarded, we do not provide refunds. If, for any reason, your chips have not been credited to your account, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will promptly ensure your chips are granted. In the rare event that we encounter difficulties in crediting your chips, your refund will be processed by our team within 7 working days.

It is essential to note that if you receive a refund even after your chips have been credited, your account will be temporarily frozen until the balance is settled.
